The Room: Unfurnished bedroom available for one person in a 2 bedroom 1 bath home in Wheat Ridge for $900 / month + $100 utilities = $1,000 all in. Room has a good size closet. Shared bathroom with me. Use of shared spaces including kitchen, living and dining rooms. On site laundry shared with separate downstairs unit. Short walk to the park, King Soopers/Walmart or Huck/Bardo coffee shops. Street parking. Front porch and large fenced in back yard.
Me: I am a 39 year old man. I use the other bedroom. I am professional, clean, quiet and easy going and need the same from you. I work from home two days a week and get up to the mountains a lot.
Pictures are of the room with my current office setup. The room will be empty for your use. It is south west east facing and gets good sunlight.
Ground rules: No smoking inside our out. Quiet hours ~10pm - 7am. Be open to communicate.
Must have references, complete credit background check with excellent credit score, one month security deposit, and sign rental agreement. The rental term is flexible as month to month. This could be a good spot for someone going thru change, checking out Denver area, or as ongoing. I have lived in the neighborhood for 4 years and am not in a rush to get the right roommate.
