Hi, my name is Adam and I have a bedroom for $800 plus half of utilities, in my 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom townhouse in the Dayton triangle. It comes with a garage spot attached to the unit (my truck is too big). A small gated patio, in unit washer and dryer, and it's in a privately owned condo community so it's a nice neighborhood.

I've lived here for 4.5 years and my roommate just happens to be moving on. I'd love to find someone that could be a roommate and a friend.

I am 39, single, from Alabama, and I manage an edible company for work. I currently have no pets but I love and am down for any well behaved pets. I ride bikes, play video games, And write music in my spare time.
