Great area for hiking, skiing, snowboarding, and outdoor activities. Right next to the jefferson County fairgrounds where horse riding and other activities take place. Also very close to Red Rocks college and the school of mines. Quite, relaxing home with a working class schedule. It is a large, spacious room. Everything you could need is within a few miles. King soopers, restaurants, 24-hour fitness, light rail, and gas stations. It is a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood.
