Hi potential new roomie. I’m a local language/art teacher. Im looking for someone laid back and pet friendly. My peace of mind is very important to me and cleanliness is a plus! I have a nice house in wash park. Local to light rail, local pubs/restaurants. We have a grocery store walking distance. Whole Foods, Safeway, natural grocers, Sprouts. Parking is on the street. There is a decent size backyard with lounging chairs and a hammock for nicer weather. The bills are $100 for internet essentials, Netflix, prime. I am very chill to be around for most part I stick to myself. I have a set schedule (routine) gym time I stick to. I get up around 6 am daily and there is a shared bathroom, I don’t spend a lot of time in there. We have an xtra bathroom just incase. The kitty does use the toilet. We typically have wipes on top to wipe the seat down just incase. Please if this sounds like good fit. Looking for someone between 30-45. Please contact me here to plan a tour to come check it out.
