Hesitant about getting a roommate, but wanted to see if finding a good fit might be possible.
Responsible, mellow, mature, no drama.
Have a large dog and a cat, not open to other pets.
Close to i25, 15 minutes to Denver, 25 min to Boulder
House is fixer upper and completing ongoing repairs, bedroom and bathroom are intact, kitchen and trim are the current projects.
$700 rent includes electric, trash, internet, Netflix, off-street parking spot, full use of house except master. Would split water bill 50/50. Month to month.
