I'm Leon,
I have 1 of 3 rooms available in a pleasant house.
I've been renting 3 rooms of my home for over 12 yrs now.
I'm looking for a female who can live with 2 young sisters.
It's a great, unique property, sort of like a pass-thru duplex.
The rental side includes a kitchen, living room, a laundry room, a shared full, though rather small bathroom, also a backyard patio and raised garden areas. Fiber WiFi and all utilities are included.
The home has a great, rather central location for easy commuting to anywhere and is only 1 block from a nice, big beautiful park at Huston Lake.
Available is a corner room with 2 nice windows. About 130sqft.
Again, I'm looking for a female who can live with 2 young sisters.
Offered as a month to month lease of $650 plus $300 security deposit.
I'm looking for a tidy, considerate person. Smoking cigarettes is not permitted in the house, but the patio is nice. Street parking, but it's not troublesome here.
