Looking for someone to call this cozy spot home! 🏡
This unfurnished room is located in a quiet neighborhood in the Denver/Glendale area. Monthly rent is $800 + utilities (usually around $100 total) with a $700 security deposit.
The current roommate will have most of his stuff out before November 10th so it may be available previous to that date, but November 10th is the absolute hard date.
I will be updating with new photos once I have his room cleaned up and figure out exactly what he's taking with him! Photos below would be the kitchen, your room, and the upstairs bathroom!

We’re a friendly and easygoing household of four who keep things lowkey and respectful.
🏡 Downstairs: A 32-year-old couple — one an engineering student and gamer, the other a real estate professional currently studying cybersecurity.
🏠 Upstairs: A 44-year-old mechanic/contractor who’s usually gone with work, and a 36-year-old woman who works in a pediatric office and enjoys relaxing movie nights.
Everyone keeps things at an average level of clean, pays bills on time, and respects shared spaces. There’s no parking directly in front of the house, but street parking is very close and always open. We enjoy good vibes and easy communication — not a party house, just a cozy and friendly home.
🙋 About You:
We’re looking for one person with a stable job or reliable income who’s ready to sign a lease and be part of a respectful, easygoing household. You don’t need to be a clean freak, just someone who picks up after themselves and respects shared areas.
Overnight guests are welcome as long as it’s respectful of everyone else. No additional pets at this time.
