Hi! I'm Susannah. My wonderful roommate of several years is moving in with her partner soon and I'm looking to find someone to fill the room by October 1st (flexible move-in). This very charming (2B/1B) fully furnished house with a big fenced-in backyard is located in the Mayfair area on Monaco. You'd be within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores-- a quick bike ride to Cap Hill and surrounding areas. Rent is $1100, everything included (off-street parking spot, utilities, etc).
 
I'm a 35-y.o. creative writer who shares space best with kind, funny, open-minded humans who appreciate cozy, calm, and clean environments. While I enjoy hosting the occasional Friendsgiving, dinner party, and cookout, I prefer the house to be a place to recharge. I'm sober and don't mind a roomie who partakes, but best if you're not a huge partier for compatibility purposes. I also have an indoor/outdoor cat who is great albeit slightly withholding. I do copywriting/creative writing from home in the days and work several nights a week at a nearby restaurant, so someone with an opposite schedule, 9-5 is preferred.
