I’m looking for a grad student, student, traveling nurse, or professional between the ages 20-40 (Preferably female). No use of drugs, smoking, or heavy drinking. Only ONE person can occupy the room.
A well-behaved small dog is welcome. I have a doggie door and a fenced in yard. There will be pet rent of $75 per month.

It’s a three bedroom home. I will be in one room and another roommate may be adding on for a month to month lease.
There is a big yard with BBQ and seating. The home is shared with myself and another month to month intermittent roommate. I’m clean, organized, and have lots of experience living with roommates. I can connect you to multiple past roommates for a reference.
I’ll do a background check and have a lease to sign. Leases available for 1-6 month terms. Month to month terms after your initial term is available.
$1000 per month +100 for utilities and Wifi.
I have a housekeeper clean the house once every 3 weeks.
