$800 / 1br - Private Room with Private Bathroom & Patio for Rent (Lakewood)

The room comes with a private bathroom, use of the washer and dryer, parking for one (1) car, a private patio area and use of the HOA swimming pool (summer only). We would share only the kitchen on the main (middle/main) floor.
My ideal housemate is reliable, honest, considerate, tidy and respectful. You can expect the same from me. No pets and no smoking allowed. I prefer a female roommate that is employed full time out of the house. No work from home or pets will be considered.
The monthly rent of $800.00 and includes water, trash removal and free Xfinity Wi-Fi (you can use mine at no charge). We would split the monthly Xcel-energy bill (gas and electric) on an agreed upon fair amount. The security deposit is in the amount of $600.00. The total monthly (rent and Xcel) amount is in the area of $840.00 to $860.00 The room is available on or after 09/01/25. The move in date is negotiable and we can discuss it when we meet or speak. I am not in a rush and just want to find the best fit for you and for me.
