Your share of utilities (water, sewer, trash, electric, gas and internet) is $150/month so total cost is $2,000. The unit also has two mini-split heat pumps (1 in LR and 1 in bedroom) so you can control your own heat and air conditioning. I do not have cable TV but Xfinity is available if you want to pay for it.
The unit’s separate entrance is accessed by a sidewalk to the right of the house that you can see in the 1st photo. One car may be parked off street in the driveway but prior tenants have always parked on the street because street parking is plentiful and it is easiest access to the unit right at the sidewalk. I take care of the yard for the most part but you would be responsible for snow removal on the sidewalk to the unit and I’ll ask that you help with taking the trash bins out if I’m out of town.
Although separate from the main floor, this is still part of a shared house with me living upstairs so mutual respect for each other’s privacy and quiet times are expected. It is important that we both feel comfortable sharing the house. I may be open to negotiating the rent down some if you’re someone who will only be here part time because of work travel or other situations.
