Looking to rent out our large bedroom in Aurora. We will be renting it out starting mid February. Me (m 31) and my husband (m 32) are looking to rent out a room in our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home . The room is private, but you would be sharing the bathroom with another roommate (m 36). You would have access to the living room, laundry room, kitchen, sun room, and backyard. $800 with all bills included (including laundry, internet, electricity, gas, and water). There is plenty of street parking. We have a 9-year-old dog (staffy) who loves people, but not other pets. The lease will be month to month. No pets. No smoking indoors (vapes are fine). No long-term visitors. The room can be somewhat furnished, if you want (twin bed and bookshelf).
Us: we love to play games and chill at home. We occasionally go out. We host quite a few parties, especially listening parties for new albums. We like to read and hike and cook. We tend to go to sleep early and wake up early.
