The WiFi and utilities included- I like to think of it as a Hostel where we share a cooperative common space (two living room areas equipped App loaded Smart TVs) friendly atmosphere. Best for well communicative adults sharing space, 420 friendly but use -must be outside (no smoking allowed in house). Three people occupy 5 bd 3 ba (2883 sq ft) home, looking for right person.
