About Us: We are looking for a 4th roommate to join our house. Must be considerate and respectful of shared spaces. We are all in our mid-30s (one couple, one single individual, and one dog). Laura is a DPS teacher, Gerald works in solar (mostly from home), and Thomas works for a non-profit. MUST LOVE DOGS 🙂

Distance from UCH Anschutz: 2.1 miles (8 minutes by car, 14 minutes by bike)

Neighborhood/Setting: Located in Denver’s Central Park neighborhood, the house was built in 2014 and is situated on a shared, private courtyard with 11 other residences. Located across the street from Bluff Lake Nature Center, a 123-acre privately owned site, the house has access to ample green space and trails, plus the amenities of a recently built neighborhood. Grocery store, shops, and restaurants are located walking distance from the house- including Stanely Markplace- with good access to the highway, RTD lightrail station to downtown, & Denver International Airport. 25-30 minutes to mountains (with a great view of it from yard).

Description: Entire basement (single room + private bathroom) includes wet bar, small refrigerator, shower/tub, closet, plus access to common areas in the house including full kitchen on main floor, living room, yard. House has highspeed wifi. Basement is finished but unfurnished. Accessed via main house (i.e. no private entrance). Basement has two egresses and good natural light.

We rent from a friend: no faceless corporate prop management to deal with is a PLUS.

Parking: Driveway spot or courtyard, no parking pass required
Price: $1,000/month (utilties + internet included)
