The vibe is calm, mature, and laid back but we are also young, ideal fit would be 20-30 years old. No drugs, no partying, no chaos. Everyone respects the house and keeps things easygoing.
About us:
I’m Alex — I’ve lived here 11 years and genuinely love the house and neighborhood. I’m usually working, riding motorcycles, shooting photography, or wrenching on cars/bikes.
The other roommate, Bradford, works in tech, travels often, stays active, and recently renewed for another year.
We’re social and friendly, but everyone has their own life and space.
No weird “house rules.” (Some have asked?)
Just be respectful, clean up after yourself, and help keep the place nice.

• Light rail is 5 blocks away
• About 10 minutes to downtown
• Quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything and great parking!
12 month lease preferred, but if life changes early, no issue — just help find a replacement tenant.
