Nearby are City Park and Cheesman Park. The basement, which includes a completely equipped bedroom, would be mostly yours. The living room, kitchen, rooftop terrace, and additional storage if required are all shared areas. Most automobiles can fit in the garage, however big trucks or larger SUVs won't fit.
