Don't know if my house is a good match for you or not but my house is very quiet, with no drama and could be a good place for the right person to hang their hat. I am an older lady with my own home and rent bed rooms to older/females in my nice furnished home. I already have other older ladies living here 3 in the upstairs. And 2 downstairs (basement) the room for rent is downstairs in the basement part of the house. (This basement is very nice) The other ladies and I are quiet, honest, respectable, clean friendly and pretty much do our own thing. You would have your own bedroom (not the Hilton but clean and quiet) and share bath, living room, laundry and kitchen with 2 other ladies. The kitchen has everything you need but a large oven. (Burners, toaster oven, toaster, electric skillet, coffee pot, sandwich maker, waffle iron, crock pot etc.). I would like a 6 mo. lease but really looking for long term person who would be a good fit with others who already live here. $100 deposit and $450 a mo. for rent + internet is $10 a mo. There is no cable but TV and DVD in living Room. You are also welcome to have your own TV in your room. I am about 10min. So. of down town Denver. Just west of Santa Fe and Evans. Close to bus and light rail. Also have off St. Parking.

Just want to let you know that we don't mind if you are younger yet please understand that because we are all older it would not be OK to have a male person or partner spend the night with you. Your are welcome to have people over in the common area, we are all day people so if you are a night owl that might not work out.
PS. I have a small really cute (under 10#) dog in the yard behind the house so if you don't like dogs this might not not be a good match for you. He is the best! very friendly and adorable. He stays in the back yard at my house all the time. You would have to be sure to close the gate every time you come and go. Also no shoes in the house. If you don't want to take off your shoes in the house then this isn't the place for you. Also no smoking or Marijuana of any kind.
PS This room isn't on a first come bases I'm looking for someone who will be a good fit with the people who already live here.
