LOCATION / NEIGHBORHOOD:
• Northglenn – near corner of Huron St. and 112th.
• Large park across the street with walking trails.
• More walking trails right next door.
TOWNHOME FEATURES:
• 2 bedrooms. 2 ½ bath. 1565 sq ft. 2-car attached garage. Laundry room. Tri-level. Wood floors throughout. Balcony with a gas BBQ, table and chairs.
• House privileges. Extra frig in garage for our extra needs.
• Central air conditioning/heating - there is also a portable air conditioner unit in bedroom that vents through the window, which can be stored in the garage when you don't want to use it.
• Fireplace in living room (gas).
• You are welcome to park in the garage and have a little garage storage if you want to first help me move things in the garage to make room for you, otherwise there is community parking spaces in the back.
MASTER BEDROOM and AJOINING BATHROOM FEATURES:
• Bedroom : Large 14 x 18 unfurnished upstairs room with walk-in closet. Vaulted high ceiling with ceiling fan. Wood floors. This master bedroom is large enough to include a sofa and chairs or office. It is unfurnished, but I do have some furniture you are welcome to use.
• Smaller Bedroom option : If you choose instead to have the smaller bedroom for $600/mo it has it own private bathroom that is across the hall, plus additional various storage areas outside of your bedroom, if needed. It can be furnished or bring your own furniture.
• Bathroom (in master bedroom) : Large wider bathtub. Separate shower. 2 sinks. Skylight that opens. Toilet room with door. Tile floors. Linen closet.
• Bathroom (for smaller bedroom) : has a shower/tub combo. Linen closet.
• Optional : I have a 55” tv in the garage you are welcome to use, I can help you carry it upstairs.
• Optional : There is a huge nice thick wool rug in the bedroom, but if you don’t want to use it I can store.
NO:
No dogs (cats are welcome). No smoking cigarettes. No illegal drugs. Someone who does not EVER smoke/vape/or take any other form of marijuana/cannabis whether recreationally or medically, not even outside the home. No using bug sprays or other harsh chemicals - except for basic household cleaning supplies. No loud music that can be heard downstairs. No overnight guests - except on occasion for family or same-sex friend.
MUST’S:
• Employment, retirement, or other verifiable income source.
• Vehicle.
• Include a little bit about yourself.
SEEKING:
• Female. Male if age gap is appropriate (I am retirement age).
• Might consider a child, if age appropriate for sharing your room.
