The house is 3 bed, 2 bath, but I leave one room open for an office space/music room.
I am renting the primary bedroom, which has its own full bath and 2 HUGE closets. I currently have it furnished but can also rent unfurnished.
Looking for mid-term or long-term renters, but open to short-term at a slightly higher rate.
