Three bedrooms available:
Room 1 – $800/month 2nd floor Master bedroom complete with walk-in closet and its own bathroom (no tub just shower).
Room 2 – $675/month 2nd floor - Larger bedroom with dimensions of 13’ x 10’ with a long, wide closet and shared second floor full bathroom
Room 3 – $650/month - 2nd floor - smallest of the three bedrooms with dimensions of 11 1/2’ x 10 1/2’ with long, wide closet and shared second floor full bathroom.
I have the basement room. I'm pretty clean and quiet, and would expect the same. No loud/raucous parties but game or movie nights are fine.
Utilities split between us all evenly usually around 60-80/month for each portion. Furnished common areas include living room, dining room, full kitchen. Looking to fill the rooms by August 1st, and the lease is for 1 year.
