There is a garage, and parking spots in the alley. There's a fenced in back yard, which the landlord will be resodding within the next month (room mate's dogs killed the grass). I've lived here for 2 years with some friends, but they are having a kid and moved into a bigger place. It's partially furnished, but I can move anything into the garage to make space depending on what you're bringing with you.
