I am searching for a mature/responsible roommate for my mother-in-law, to share her home with. No couples. She lives by herself so you won't have like 4 other roommates.

Room - 12x12. Your own bathroom with stand up shower. Both rooms private/downstairs.
Downstairs area and bedroom available are not furnished. Recently remodeled bathroom.
6 foot privacy wooden fence around big backyard.
Shared kitchen, dining room, and laundry room. Some storage available.
About her. She is a 60 year old woman. She is quiet, private, respectful, and DRAMA FREE. Her grandson and grand-dogs visit frequently (sorry no more dogs allowed) She really enjoys gardening and working on her yard in the spring and summer time. She's not a super clean freak, but she will expect you to clean up after yourself and respect the house. She will occasionally smoke a cigarette outside
About you.. must be employed, have your own car, no young kids, easy to get along with and respectful of each other's privacy. Must like kids and dogs. Rent paid on the 1st of each month. Smoking okay outside
She is definitely not looking for a big partier type person.
Good location, quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors. Easy access to I-25, I-36, I-270, I-76, I-70
1st and last month rent due up front, as well as a $200 refundable deposit
She is looking for a long term agreement but prefers month to month lease with a 30 day notice for either party... no planned short-term leases
