Hello we have a beautiful spacious 6 bedroom home looking for two additional roommates optimally female age 25-40. We currently have two bedrooms one upstairs (available today) one downstairs available end of august. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other female tenant (upstairs or downstairs) private bedroom two living rooms fire places, full kitchen and spacious backyard! living rooms kitchen and other common areas are furnished but may room for a little stuff when current downstairs roommate finishes moving out end of august.

Optimal candidate will be female (one tenant per room no couples) have a good self care routine respectful clean good at communicating. We are all ambiverts and respect each others private space but also like to hang out together on occasion. No pets No smoking or loud parties we have a communal chore list to keep all common areas tidy and clean nothing major 10-15 minutes a week. We are also responsible for lawncare mowing etc. and rotate shifts on that.
Both rooms approximately 11ftx11ft= 121 sq + 2ft x8ft = 16 sq ft closet
Downstairs room pictures (last in posting) show currently furnished but will be empty upon tenants move out.
$690 rent $700 deposit + utilities
