Located in AMAZING North Park Hill, close to (but not on) Monaco, right down the street from Stapleton, which has basically everything you need — King Soopers, Chipotle, Orange Theory, 1st Bank, Walgreens, Superfruit, Petsmart, Sam's Club, Walmart ... you get it. Also close to I-70 and very close to the UCHealth Stapleton Medical Center.
The basement is refurnished. It's a 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom basement share. You will be sharing bathroom, kitchen and living room. Washer/dryer are included. Utilities are not included. They average about $60/month per person.
ATTENTION: These rooms are in the basement of a house that is occupied by other renters. The upstairs and downstairs are separated by a locked door and have separate entrances, but if people are home you will hear them on occasion. They can also hear you, and that means this is not the place for everyone. Respect is a must on both sides.
Looking for sane, caring people who can share a space. Age is less important than maturity. Must be willing to share the space and keep things fun and simple. No drama.
Must have first month + security deposit and good credit to move in.
