Seeking one person with job, prefer someone who works outside of the home, to share my house with myself(female) and male housemate, ages (40-60). Rent is $660 $75 utilities (flat fee for electric, gas, water, cable, internet). House has plenty of space.
All common areas are shared, 2 living areas on the main level, formal dining, kitchen dining, kitchen, laundry area, and front and backyards. The current occupants of the home are friendly and very quiet. We come home to relax in a peaceful environment. This is not a party house.
Requirements to move in:
-NO DRAMA!
-Available for only one person
-Social drinking okay, NO DRUNKS
-No Smoking/on patio is negotiable (I am allergic to smoke)
-Current pay stub
-Keep common areas clean
