Downstairs with 2 large rooms and full bathroom. Partially furnished and can remove things if you want... Garage, washer and dryer, TV + Internet, trash, etc. About a block to the N-Line train which takes you right downtown. Huge park close by too - great for walkabouts. Close to grocery stores, gym, shops off 120th, etc. Typical suburban house/neighborhood.

Utilities & TV/Internet are roughly $250/month.

Looking for a 21+ clean person... Partying days are over and would appreciate someone in the same mindset.

Dog/cat allowed - have a cat already (Charles Barkley) and he's super chill albeit a big fluffball. Would love a little dog to join the space and I'm happy to hang with them during the day. Pretty big fenced backyard.

I'm a 41 professional male. WFH in sustainable development consulting. Suffered pretty serious medical setback about a year ago (stroke)... limited mobility and still in recovery and getting better every week. Enjoy the outdoors, fishing, rafting, skiing, sports, cooking, making art, music, etc. although life is a little different these days.

Open to month-to-month or longer term w/ a security deposit.
