- Optional: prior roommate left comforter, pillow, blanket, and some cookware (use if you want).
- Prefer your own furniture? We can remove ours.
RENT AND FEES
- Rent: $875 / month
- Utilities (flat): $125 / month
- Seasonal mowing (May–Oct): $25 / month
- Security deposit: $1,000
