You will have your own bedroom and full bathroom! and be sharing the downstairs living room, kitchen, and storage unit. There is also in unit laundry and a dishwasher. Included a couple photos of myself and your room/bathroom. The room includes a desk and chair to accommodate anyone working from home
You will be sharing the townhome with two male professional (32 and 30) who work hard but like to spend time outdoors and socialize. We are looking to find a guy or girl who is also active and may be down for a house beer from time to time. Everyone has their own bathrooms so the primary shared space is the first floor.
The townhome is located in a great area of town and there are several bars and restaurants within walking distance. Downtown is a 5 minute drive and City Park and Cheesman park are only a few blocks away. It is one block away from what I consider the best block in Denver (as it includes a liquor store, thai restaurant, bar , coffee shop, and fancy French restaurant) There is off street parking readily available and you will never have trouble parking on our street. The rent is $1150 including utilities (internet/electric/water/trash) and there will be a $250 security deposit due upon move in. We also have multiple streaming services and the internet is Fiber so no buffering! Currently looking for someone to sign a 3ish month lease with the option to extend it it’s going well.
