Looking for a SINGLE working, clean, responsible, respectful, NON-SMOKER (this means no smoking whatsoever inside or out, and no vaping.). Absolutely no drugs, no heavy drinking, no pets. no couples and no children. Must be able to pass a background check.
My room is completely furnished with a queen size bed, nightstand, lamps, dresser, desk, and chair. There is no room for anyone to bring furniture of any kind, and /or kitchen stuff. So basically just your personal belongings and of course, bedding and towels if you have them. If not, I have extras.You will have your own shelf in the pantry for your staples and a refrigerator in the garage. You will have your own private bath and access to laundry and kitchen . I am extremely adamant about cleanliness, so if this isn’t you then please do not respond.
I’m looking forsomebody like-minded, who is into helping the environment with saving water, electricity and recycling. Not to mention the cost of everything has gone up sky high. We are also on water restrictions so no long showers. So sorry if this isn’t you again then please don’t respond.
Close street parking available. Very nice neighborhood with shopping and RTD buses and trains nearby.
I rent month to month with a 30 day notice to vacate from either party. However, if there are issues, I serve a10 day notice to vacate. I am looking for long-term, but I’m open to short term as well.
