On move-in date, you’ll need first month's rent and a refundable security deposit equal to first month's rent. For example, if your rent is $850, then on move-in it would be $1700, with $850 being refunded to you upon move out. If you can’t afford the security deposit immediately, please let me know and it can be paid over a period of time that works for both of us.
Small-medium sized dog or a cat is a-okay. Requires a $100 non-refundable pet deposit. Utilities will be split among the members of the house and includes electricity, water, and internet.
