Includes bedroom (roughly 12x13) , new floor throughout, full brand new kitchen with brand new appliances including oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, nicee sink, and a small living space. You enter through the main front door or garage on main level so no private entry. Male 34 y.o homeowner lives on the top floor. Only 1 other person in 2700 sq ft house. Parking included. You can park in the driveway. Visitors can park on the street right outside house.
HOA complex in neighborhood includes a pool and pickleball courts.
Homeowner is a 34 year old male architect that lives up on top floor of 3 floor townhome. TV and fireplace/living space/workout room/outdoor small hottub on main floor. There is another kitchen on main floor however will be expected you use your own private full kitchen, would be crazy not to... it's a beautiful brand new large kitchen. You are totally allowed use of the main floor, living room, workout space, backyard, outdoor grill planning to get, hottub in back. Will only say yes to someone who is respectful of others, does not throw large parties at the house and and treats things like their own.
Animals:
Will consider a well behaved, trained, quiet dog. Dog fee is $60/month added to base rent, non-negotiable please. No cats, they often scratch things up. Utilities will be divided evenly between 2 people. Just one dog probably, but if you have two we can talk. Will increase rent. There is also a large dog door to a high fenced backyard w/ turf.
Utilities:
Pretty average utilities here. Can expect around $100-150/month or so. Security deposit = $1000 due at lease signing.
Looking For:
No couples, no cigarette smokers, no parents with kids, no heavy drinkers. Looking for someone either fully employed or full time student, someone enjoyable to live with and respectful of eachothers belongings.
Walking distance to Red Rocks Community College and Green Mountain trails! 10 minute drive to School of Mines.
