Bedroom is 11' x 11' (120 sq ft) with shared bath. Standard 6' closet. One west-facing window. $700 includes all utilities. $700 security deposit. You will share the bath with a female. Available August 1.
Bedroom has been recently updated with paint, carpet, lights, and smoke detectors. Kitchen and living room have been updated.
The house has 4 BR, 3BA, laundry room, kitchen (with TWO full-size refrigerators), breakfast area, living room, and large dining room. The kitchen is well stocked, has plenty of empty cabinets and extra storage space, everything is available for all to use All utilities are included with rent. We have gigabit internet and off-street parking. There is a large backyard with deck, patio, new gas grill, and plenty of yard space.
One female works in the medical industry; the other is a chef. I am the owner/tenant. I have my own bedroom and office at the opposite end of the house from the other rooms. I am self-employed and spend most of my time in my own space. We would like housemates who are professional, sociable and responsible. While this is not a party house, small gatherings of friends are welcome.
The house is two blocks from bus lines on both Colfax and Sheridan. One mile to either the Sheridan or Lamar light rail station. Easy access to 6th Ave, I-70, and I-25. 10 minutes to downtown. Within three blocks we have the new Edgewater Marketplace, Target, a grocery store, numerous shops, restaurants and banks, a post office, and Sloan's Lake Park. A half mile to the east is the new commercial development on the south side of Sloan's Lake.

I have asthma, so no smoking at all. Occasional vaping outside is ok. Please be considerate of this.
Help keep the house clean, take out trash, and shovel snow now and then. (I will do the yard work.)
Rent includes all utilities.
One person only per room.
Six month lease minimum.
