The house has a total of four bedrooms, four baths, laundry room, den, formal dining room and storage room. I will take care of all yard work and HOA takes care of all snow removal.

The room available is large (12'-3" x 12'- 8") with walk-in closet and large private bath with double sinks and lots of cabinets. The room is unfurnished, but if you need furniture, I have some for this room for an additional charge. I am looking for a roommate that will keep his area clean and help with the common area's.
