Looking for a new roommate to join a spacious and cozy home in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood on the east side of City Park. The apartment is a 3 bedroom 1 bath with two floors, lots of space, and shared common areas already furnished. The available bedroom is unfurnished.
The third bedroom is set up as a shared office or chill zone, and you'd be living with just one roommate — me! Open to men or women, ideally between the ages of 25- and 39 but will accommodate the right person. Ideally, no pets, but will consider a very well-behaved dog or cat. Only looking for 1 roommate.

$55/month flat for gas and water
