This is a 3 bedroom house in the Santa Fe Art District off 6th and Elati. We’ve lived here for years and are looking for a Roommate to rent the main bedroom on the first floor.
The room comes with a big private bathroom, double shower head and sink, and two large closets. It is unfurnished and available starting on November 1st for $1150/month plus utilities ($25 for high-speed wifi and $60-100 for electric and gas)
ABOUT US:
We’re a couple with our cat (Jaden). We both work in social justice and labor organizing (though I recently left my job and am enjoying some intentional unemployment). We like to dance at La Rumba, enjoy board games and go on bike rides. We’re looking for a person who is easy going, clean, and friendly for the rest of our lease with the intention of renewing next year if it works out.
HOUSE LOCATION:
Our house is conveniently located in a residential area on Elati St between 6th and 7th Ave. It is a couple of blocks away from the Santa Fe District where 1st Friday is held. It is also 3 blocks away from the 6th Ave Freeway for easy access to the mountains. If you are into running, exercising or going for walks during the day, we’re just 3 blocks away from Sunken Gardens Park and the Cherry Creek Bike/Run Trail. The house is also a 10-12 minute walk away from Broadway.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
The house is a 2-floor fully furnished home with 3 bedrooms (1 master bedroom and 2 smaller bedrooms), 2 ½ bathrooms, and laundry room. The unfinished basement is large and mostly used for storage, as well as a garage that fits 1 car with additional private parking for 2 more cars in the alleyway behind the house. There is also a big backyard and spacious front porch.
There is a large kitchen with plenty of counter space and storage including a walk-in food pantry. The house has an open floorplan with the living room connecting to the kitchen and dining area.
