The space available is a complete basement, 1130sq Ft, two rooms, a living room space, a private bathroom, a utility space that I used as a jewelry studio (that’s nearly as large as the living room space, tons of extra shelves and cabinets for storage), and a separate back entrance. This also includes a 2 car detached garage that I used for my art studio.
Rent is $1500 without utilities (xcel, water, internet, trash which roughly equates to $150 a month) We are ideally searching for single individual or a couple could be considered!
The ideal roommate is an excellent communicator, mindful, responsible, financially secure, and clean!
Must have:
- A stable Job! (Our landlord will be running a credit and background check for our next roommate and will require a $1500 security deposit)
- Excellent communication & social skills, a team player, mindful, and has an awareness for themselves and others.
- Ideally you don’t have pets, but we would consider a well behaved dog or cat.
There will be two roommates living here, one visual artist and her partner. They are in their mid 30s and would prefer if you were around that age group as well. We tend to keep communal spaces like the kitchen clean and overall maintain a respectful and harmonious environment at home. We all have our own separate studio spaces, we have a big backyard, laundry room, and see our home as a sanctuary and would like a roommate who does the same. This is not a party house, but welcomes guests!
We are located in south Denver near Yale and i25/Colorado. A couple blocks from Sprouts, King Soopers, ace hardware, and a diverse variety of restaurants. Really close to Chuze fitness and the Colorado Athletic Club, and a couple blocks from getting on the highway. Great location for commuting and all resources.
