I’m in my early 30s and moved out here back in 2016. I have two cat fur-babies, Mary Jane and Harvey. Both are super friendly and love to cuddle. I partake in Colorados finest but only to be enjoyed outside/on our balcony. I enjoy crafting, hiking and baking new treats. I’m looking for a responsible, tidy, chill person to take over my second bedroom.
The details:
Rent/utilities/lease:
Rent is $900/month due the 1st and there is no deposit needed. The lease is up in September 2026 but depending on how we vibe we can re-up for another year.
The only utilities we pay are internet and energy, roughly $50-$100 per person.
Bedroom:
It will not come furnished, the items in the pictures will be removed. The bedroom has a walk-in closet and an attached personal bathroom with an additional closet. As you can see from the pictures, it gets great natural light.
House Rules:
- No cigarette smoking but weed smoking on the balcony is okay.
- No partying.
House Amenities:
- Access to an outside pool in the summer.
- Laundry room located on our floor, $2 for washing and $2 for drying via an app.
- Central AC and heat through out the apartment.
- There is a balcony and a fireplace.
- There is a dishwasher but it’s seen better days, and rarely used tbh.
- Huge lot for parking, no assigned spaces.
- All buildings are key-controlled access.
