The home is 4 bedroom, 4 bath, 3000 sq ft, has high vaulted ceilings and feels really big. Energy efficient, modern, comfortable, nicely furnished and very nice to look at. There is No Smoking in the house... but outdoors and on the deck ok.... Large Modern kitchen with newer stainless appliances including BBQ and patio furniture.

1) $900/mo. + Utils. Nice Bedroom, about 13' x 14', with New Carpet and Paint, nice view from large windows, large closet plenty of space for a bedroom set and more...
Requires a 6 mo agreement (afterward mo. to mo.) with security deposit equal to one months rent $900.
*Utilities are split among all roommates A typical month is about; $100/avg. (4) for all utilities and internet depending on how hot or cold it gets...
AMENITIES: New Furnace and Central Air, New Hot Water Heater, Large Modern Kitchen with modern stainless GE appliances, Washer/Dryer, Security System, High Speed Internet and WIFI, near bike and walking paths/greenbelts, and I take care of the lawn . . . but we all shovel snow... (Cable is Negotiable -- I have installed a TV antenna that gets about 70 channels and is throughout the whole house like cable but I don't subscribe to a cable or satellite TV service.
ABOUT YOU: I'm looking for friendly people who are looking for a place to call home and participate in creating a friendly atmosphere. Personality and demeanor are very important! Someone of good character who is trustworthy and easy to get along with, a person who would enjoy a good conversation once in a while, maybe share a meal or movie on occasion, but is independent and will make themselves at home, and treat it as their home too. There is a lot of space in this home so you can have your privacy! I travel a lot and need responsible folks to help maintain this awesome home. If you are a real messy person, or have a disagreeable personality this isn't going to be a good fit. Most of my tenants have been with me for a couple of years. What you do is your business as long as you keep it that way but we have absolutely no tolerance for generally dysfunctional personalities.
ABOUT ME: I own the place, and maintain it. I travel quite a bit for work and vacation frequently, so I'm generally not a homebody. I do like to throw a Broncos get-together or Dinner Party once in a while and have no problems with you joining in or doing the same. (these are not frat house or raging' kegger type events, just saying) and you are responsible for your guests...
MORE ABOUT THE PLACE:
The house is beautiful, spacious, and well maintained. Located in a nice upper middle class neighborhood, with excellent neighbors. The house is very attractive inside and out, nice yard, etc... The bedrooms have large closets, and there are 4 baths. You will have full access to all of the common areas: Kitchen, Laundry Rm, Living Rm, Dining Rm, Family Rm w/fireplace, and Deck. Sorry but there is no garage space available. The house has a security system which monitors the driveway as well as the rest of the property.
"No Pets" Oly the Boxer and Dakoda the Lab are people friendly but not so much with other animals. They Live Downstairs and are self sufficient. They have a doggie door.
The following is absolutely not gonna happen: (I'm listing these because people actually ask )
- No you cannot have a pot growing facility at the house
- No you cannot paint the walls pink and purple
- No you cannot raise snakes, rabbits, or chickens on the premise.
- Visiting kids are ok on occasion.... However; this is an adult environment and would not be a good environment for shared custody arrangement, and generally not an environment that is suitable for raising young children.
- Single persons only "Couples" are not being considered, Boyfriends and Girlfriends are great, but if your getting that serious and moving towards full time live in situation, you probably need your own place...
