House is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Thornton, CO. Located within a 5 min drive of the light rail that will take you to union station, and within 10 min of I-25/120th. Bike paths within 5min that lead to south platte into downtown, clear creek to golden, and US 36 bikeway to Boulder. Multiple parks within walking distance as well.
The house is a split level and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so the two rooms on each floor do share a bathroom, and there is shared laundry on the lower floor as well. This is a smoke-free house, with one large friendly dog. Not a party house, but it is a social house. Would be happy to be friends with everyone, but it is perfectly fine if you prefer to stay to yourself.
Looking for social, professionals, who work in health care, who are fine with a shared space. All spaces will be shared with the exception of your room. Rooms are a modest size, with decent size closets that have built-ins. There is room for full to queen size bed, and a dresser or desk, but both would be a tight fit. However, the downstairs living area also has a large extra space that would work well for multiple people to use as an office space if you are in school or work from home which would free up space in your room. Looking for renters willing to furnish the room themselves, however, if needed we can furnish the room as well for a higher rental cost. Common areas will be furnished, but if you have nice amenities, I'm sure we can find space for them. Very large back yard, with grill and porch great for entertaining, and parking available in front of the house as well.

Lease term time frames are flexible provided terms are agreed upon, and definitely open to travel nurses as well for mid term leases. Background check, credit check, 1st month and deposit required.
