The room is on the 1st floor and currently has a queen-size murphy bed frame & mattress, and a small stand-alone closet. Outside of the room, there's more storage space as well as your own private bathroom. Second floor has shared living space, kitchen, and half bathroom, then my space is on the 3rd floor, along with laundry and a guest bed & bath that occasionally doubles as my work-from-home space. The highlight of the place is the 4th-floor rooftop, which is spacious, furnished, and has great views.
As far as being housemates, I'm a 30 y/o guy, in grad school. I've lived all over, from Egypt and Kentucky to LA and Washington DC, and have always had good experiences with roommates. I'm pretty quiet and clean, and I stay busy with different hobbies as well as regular travel. I'm a friendly and considerate guy, but generally I do my own thing and looking for someone who is the same way.
You’d have plenty of kitchen and pantry space. Rent doesn't include internet (25/month) and electric (between 25-60/month). Street parking is easy and not time-limited around here. I'm flexible on length of agreement (my siblings and I own the place), but prefer a minimum of ~5-6 months to start out with. Pets are case by case - will often just add a refundable deposit.
