Looking for an individual or couple to rent a basement unit in Globeville (just north of RiNo)!
The space: Newly renovated 2 bed / 2 bath basement unit with shared kitchen, laundry, and backyard. The basement unit is approximately 600 sq ft, featuring a master bedroom with 3/4 bath, living area, second bedroom, and additional full bath. I own the house and occupy the bedrooms upstairs. You have full access to the kitchen and laundry, located upstairs. Utilities are split equally. Easy access to RiNo, the 70, and the 25. Pets accepted on a case by case basis with $250 pet deposit and $50/mo pet rent. I have two cats and a dog, so they must be friendly!
About you: Looking for someone who is responsible, considerate, and tidy! Ideally you’re pet friendly, but I do have a gate and will happily keep the zoo from imposing on your space. Would love to hang out or share a meal from time to time, but big on respecting your time and space. Preferably no work from home, but open to it for the right fit. Generally just looking for an easygoing person to share a comfortable home with :)
About me: I’m a software engineer in my 30’s. I have two cats and a dog. I love getting outside (climbing, hiking, camping, live music) as well as lazy days at home (reading, crafting, music). I like to keep things clean and aim to be considerate and respectful of shared spaces and personal privacy.
