You must be employed, responsible, pay rent on time, clean and must clean after yourself. No inside smokers, drugs users, or dealers, alcoholic or convicted felons. Proof of income, background and credit will be required.
Short term/month-to-month only. Could turn into longer rental for the right situation.
Quiet area. You have the entire basement including laundry facilities. Utilities are a flat rate of $150/month which includes electricity, fiber/wi-fi internet, water, sewer, trash and gas. The ideal renter will be someone that is quiet and lives normal daytime hours. Not looking for someone that is coming and going at all hours of the night.
