We’re looking to fill a room in our 5-bedroom 2-bath house. We are located near major supermarket, the light rail, and Ruby Hill Park!
Rent is $800 per month and includes internet, water, gas, and electricity. It’s a month-to-month lease with rent due at the beginning of each month and no down deposit. The room will be available to move in November 1st.
The room is approximately 25’ x 11’ and is a shared bathroom with two other roommates. Pets are welcome but does raise rent by an additional $25 per pet (up to a maximum of $50).
We’re a co-ed household, ranging in age from mid-20s to mid-30s, and most of us have been living together for over 2 years. We’re easygoing, respectful, and enjoy hanging out when schedules align.
Our interests include hiking, kayaking, camping, gaming, and more. The house currently includes 2 dogs, 1 cat, and 4 chickens, so animal lovers will feel right at home (probably not the best fit for anyone with allergies!).
We’re cool with friends hanging out, the occasional gathering, and most laid-back recreational activities.
