5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2.5? whatever). I went and saw the place and it's fucking rad. It's got like a fireplace and two kitchens. Walking distance to Tennyson. There's two-car garage and a backyard. If I found 4 roommates it would be like $760 per person (though I think they just dropped the price so it might be less)
I'm a gainfully employed professional, not opposed to parties, looking for reasonable peops to split this house to save money. I play in a local band, skate, I'm vegan but not a preachy douche about it. I have a pitbull and he's my best friend. He's the shit.
