- We're on a month to month lease (MacKenzie has been on it for almost 5 years)

- Less than a mile to RiNo
- Half a mile to City Park
- Cole Neighborhood
- easy access to the A line to the airport
- quiet backyard
- easy bike ride to a lot of parts of the City (your bike can live inside)
- we prefer no pets, but are possibly open to it
- washer/dryer in house
- space for a WFH office
We are both 31 and live an active and social lifestyle. Kenz loves games nights and heading up the mountains to ski/hike/run/etc. Spencer works from home and can typically can be found riding his bike around town. We enjoy dinner parties, hosting friends who come to visits, and occasional backpackers who are hiking the Colorado Trail. Hoping for an easy-going roommate to fit in with this lifestyle.
