**Lots of privacy and opened common living area and kitchen space. 2 car garage and nice back yard/patio. 3 minute drive from Anschutz. Walk/bike in 5-10 minutes. Close to Stanley Marketplace, Central Park, Lowry. Only a 15 min drive/Uber downtown. Many bike routes close by (17th ave and Montview). Open space, wildlife reserve 3 blocks north. I used to be travel nurse and work at the hospital as an NP so understand the demands of shift work and value a respectful peaceful home. I have an awesome 9 year old black lab mutt named Hugo who is the chillest, sweetest pup so I am dog friendly if you're traveling with your fur friend. There will be photos of two rooms, each have their own private bathroom (one attached, one detached) so can choose which one you'd prefer.
