Rent is $600/month, due on the 3rd of each month. Deposit is $300, due after signing the lease agreement to secure the space. First month’s rent and deposit must be paid before move-in.
I prefer one person, but a couple, small family of three, or pets may be considered and can be discussed further. Pricing may be adjusted depending on the situation.
I am looking for a 6-month to 1-year lease, but I may be open to a longer-term tenant if it’s the right fit. Looking for someone to move in within the next couple of weeks, or by the beginning of July at the latest.
A little about me: I’m a 34-year-old female Colorado native. I work in education and have an older daughter. I’m fair, reasonable, easy to get along with, and enjoy having family and friends visit from time to time. I’m also a huge music lover. I do have a dog and a cat, but they stay upstairs.
