I have a remodeled 3BR-3BA Townhome to share. I work full-time as a Finance professional.
The Townhome is fully-furnished other than the Housemate needs furnishings and personal effects for the Master BR/BR. There is sufficient space in the Master Bedroom for a desk/workspace with a separate internet connection.
The Housemate has street parking located near the front door. The Townhome faces a HOA-maintained greenbelt. Kendrick Lake is a Nature Preserve with beautiful public garden and a 1.5 mile jogging path around the lake. Boats are not allowed on the lake.
The Townhome is 1.5 miles from St. Anthony's Hospital, the Lakewood Federal Center and the RTD light-rail station and located conveniently between Hwy 285 and Hwy 6 for commuting purposes.
There is no basement so there’s limited storage space in-general. The the garage offers space for the housemate's bicycle and hiking/camping/skiing gear.
Cost to Move-in:
1. Total monthly rent is $950.00 + 1/2 average monthly utilities ($180/2 = $90.00) = $1,040 per month.
2. Total move-in cost: 2 months rent as Security Deposit + 1st month's rent = $1,040.00 x 3 = $3,120.00
3. Application/lease, background credit check, valid auto driver's license/registration/insurance.
4. No smoking, pets or firearms allowed on HOA premises.
