The room is 10' by 12' with a small closet in the room. Additional Storage is available in the secured Garage storage lockers and spot. Shared Bathroom with tub and shower and 2 bedrooms up stairs with kitchen, dining room and living room downstairs and an attached shared garage accessible from outside for storage. I am mid 40's busy locksmith security professional who is low key and easy to get along with. There is plenty of guest parking and off street parking in the neighborhood. You'd be situated very close to Hampden off Wadsworth, next to the Jefferson green belt with plenty of open space parks and amusement near by. I only ask for No kids, No Pets, No Drugs and No Loud party types, most of the neighbors in this community are home owners and I try to respect their peace and quiet. Rent is 600 per Month and half of the electricity bill ($50 in summer, 75 in winter) water and high speed internet are included in the rent as well as one of the secured storage closets in the garage.
