💰 Pricing
• Shared Bath Bedrooms: $1,100 month - two available out of three.
• Ensuite Bedroom: $1,900month
• Primary Suite Retreat: $2,700/month (only room allowed double occupancy)
• Yearly and Monthly rental terms (possible weekly terms based on availability and higher rates for weekly)
*** Background, Credit Check and Low Deposit required***** We aren't looking for perfect credit
👉 Add-on Board Services Package:
• Meals (5x dinners/week or equivalent prep, Saturday Brunch, and Sunday Supper)
• Monthly cleaning

+$400- $900 a month based on package.
